Terms and Conditions

1. Tickets are strictly non-refundable, regardless of whether you find someone compatible.
2. No refund will be issued if you are unable to attend after purchasing your ticket.
3. Tickets cannot be carried forward or credited towards a future event.
4. Tickets cannot be transferred to friends, relatives or another attendee.
5. Nobody under the age of 18 is permitted at the event. This also applies to babies accompanying chaperones or mahrams.
6. We do not permit or promote attendees seeking a second wife.
7. Only Muslims who hold a valid British passport may attend. Photo identification is required.
8. Please arrive promptly at 11:30 am. Anyone arriving after 12:00 pm may be refused entry or required to pay a £25 late fee. No exceptions will be made.
